1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AuditPro's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AuditPro provides professional financial audit services including:

  • Financial statement audits
  • Tax compliance audits
  • Regulatory compliance audits
  • Risk assessment services
  • Consultation and advisory services

3. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with:

  • Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
  • International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
  • Professional ethical standards and codes of conduct
  • Applicable regulatory requirements

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Granting reasonable access to records and personnel
  • Maintaining adequate internal controls
  • Timely payment of fees as agreed
  • Cooperation throughout the audit process

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose any confidential information except:

  • With client's written consent
  • As required by law or regulation
  • In response to court orders or legal processes
  • For professional peer review purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the engagement fee
  • Acts or omissions of third parties

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • Fees are due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Interest may be charged on overdue amounts
  • Engagement may be suspended for non-payment
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

8. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, templates, and work papers remain our intellectual property. Client data and information remain the property of the client.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Confidentiality obligations continue
  • Work products completed to date will be delivered
  • Client materials will be returned promptly

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of British Columbia.
